- printing facilities. You can print on your home or office printer using the predefined formats, Letter or A4.
- the program lets you save the calendar in PDF (only FileMake Pro 8 ® users). If you choose to have your calendar printed in a professional printing or photo shop, you can use the PDF file.
- printed calendars need to be trimmed to size to remove unwanted margins following the gray line printed on the page.
- all you need is a pair of scissors, glue if you are creating a Cube Calendar, good paper for your printer.
- optionally you can bind the Monthly, Bimonthly or Quarterly calendar, by any organized office services center, like the printing or photo shops mentioned earlier
- Suggested photo resolution: 0,5 megapixel for the Cube Calendar, 2 megapixel for the Annual Calendar, 1 megapixel for the remaining calendars. Using higher resolution will slow printing and PDF production, without increasing the quality of the output.
How to transfer a calendar digitally to friends and relatives:
- copy the application folder and hand it out to your friends to install it in their own computers. The copied application will allow moderate customization, as editing of personal notes, and printing using the set of photos present in your calendar. Any attempt to proceed to change the existing photos, in spite of a preventive warning, will automatically switch the application to Demo Version and will cause the permanent display of a superimposed label across the picture. This will only be removed through the acquisition of a new license (www.nodisorder.com).
- save the calendar in PDF and transfer the PDF file (calendar only, not the application) to your correspondents (only FileMake Pro 8 ® or Adobe Acrobat ® users).
- you can save only the calendar file and send it (without the application) to other CalendArmonico users or to FileMaker Pro 8 ® users (www.filemaker.com).
